Welche Leistungen umfasst die Rundum-Betreuung?

Our caregivers provide support in everyday life, with household chores, preparing meals, shopping, mobilization, personal hygiene (basic care) and offer company and security.

How quickly can care be organized?

We can usually organize a suitable caregiver within a few days. In acute situations, we offer accelerated organization.

Can I get to know the caregiver beforehand?

Yes, you can arrange a personal or virtual meeting in advance to make sure the chemistry is right.

What qualifications do the caregivers have?

Our caregivers have experience in caring for the elderly and - depending on the assignment - medical or nursing training. We pay great attention to checked references, language skills and empathy.

Who pays for medical care services?

Medizinische Pflege (z. B. Wundversorgung, Injektionen) wird von einer anerkannten Spitex oder einer diplomierten Pflegefachkraft durchgeführt. Wir arbeiten hierfür mit zuverlässigen Partnern zusammen.

How are the costs calculated?

SeraVitaCare works with transparent monthly flat rates - no hidden additional costs. The costs vary depending on whether one or two people are being cared for.

Is care provided during the caregiver's vacation?

On request, we can organize replacement staff during the vacations (4 weeks) to ensure continuous care. If relatives take over the care during this time, SeraVitaCare will not charge for this care time.

What happens if the chemistry between client and caregiver is not right?

We take care of a change immediately and ensure that a caregiver is found who is better suited to your needs and wishes.

Is there financial support from the health insurance company or other bodies?

Basic care services can be covered by health insurance if they are provided by a recognized care organization. There are also cantonal or communal support services - we will be happy to advise you.
